  • The Statewide Civil Fee Schedule is available at http://www.saccourt.ca.gov/fees/docs/fee-schedule.pdf. The Public Case Access Fees are provided in item No. 214.
  • Effective September 19, 2016, the Sacramento County Superior Court’s Civil Law and Motion Departments (Departments 53 and 54) and the Civil Settlement Conference Department (Department 59) relocated to the Hall of Justice Building, 813 6th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The conferences in the Civil Settlement Conference Department (located on the first floor) will be set Monday through Thursday at the new time of 9:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. For more information, please see www.saccourt.ca.gov under News and Notices on the home page.
  • Refer to http://www.courts.ca.gov/3025.htm for the latest amendments to the California Rules of Court.
  • To view new local rules for Sacramento County Superior Court, effective January 1, 2019, go to http://www.saccourt.ca.gov > Local Rules. For Limited Civil Case rules, see > Departments > Civil > Limited Civil Case Program.
  • Effective January 1, 2019, the Sacramento County Superior Court Civil Settlement Conference times in Department 59 will be held Monday through Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for morning settlement conferences, and 1:30 p.m. for afternoon settlement conferences.
  • The 2017 edition of the Introduction to California Civil Litigation and the midyear 2018 California Calendar Key have been published. Next in the queue for revision is the Calendar Procedures Key.

The 2018 edition of the California Calendar Key, the 2015 mid-year (August) edition of the Calendar Procedures Key, and the 2017 Introduction to California Civil Litigation are available for purchase.  An order for any book includes the latest update booklet at no charge.
